Students are responsible for meeting all licensing, certification, registration, scope-of-practice, medical-supervision, and other requirements applicable where they intend to practice.
SWL PRO ACADEMY POLICIES
RESERVATION
A non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure all private training dates.
Your reservation is not confirmed until the applicable deposit has been received.
REMAINING BALANCE
The remaining training balance must be paid in full before training begins.
MODELS
Model requirements vary by training.
Students will receive preparation and model instructions after enrollment. Models must meet applicable treatment requirements before participating.
RESCHEDULING
Students may reschedule their training once when at least 7 days’ notice is provided.
All rescheduling is subject to instructor availability.
Deposits are non-refundable.
